Lakers Injury Report: Multiple LA Role Players To Sit Out Vs Clippers

With the LA Clippers on the slate shortly, your Los Angeles Lakers’ injury report hasn’t gotten much shorter. On top of LeBron James (ankle) and Anthony Davis (Achilles) popping up as usual (though both will play), Jarred Vanderbilt (foot), Gabe Vincent (knee) and Christian Wood (knee) have all been ruled out yet again.

This is particularly tough against a Clippers team that has one of the best benches in the league, specifically having guard Norman Powell who is likely going to be a Sixth Man of the Year Finalist amidst averaging 14 points per game on absurd efficiency.

With them being out two starters in forward Paul George and ex-Lakers center Ivica Zubac, however, their depth takes a reasonable hit, as wing Amir Coffey and center Daniel Theis are both slated to start in place of the their two lineup staples that are out.

Cam Reddish, however, is set to return for the Lakers for the first time since January 23rd, and he’ll be key tonight on the defensive end given the Clippers’ multiple perimeter threats.
